Billing help

RevCare AI is a monthly SaaS subscription for agency operations. Your agency pays RevCare AI for software access. RevCare AI does not run caregiver payroll, and agencies continue paying caregivers in their own payroll system.

Subscriptions are billed in Stripe. Workspace admins can open Plan & subscription in the app, then Manage billing in Stripe to update cards, download invoices, switch prices where enabled, or cancel.

Trials: new checkouts may include a 14-day trial before the first paid period — the exact terms appear on the Stripe checkout page.

Failed payments: Stripe automatically retries. If your subscription shows past due, sign in and update the payment method in the customer portal. Need a hand? billing@revcareai.com.

Business email setup: You can provision support@revcareai.com, sales@revcareai.com, and billing@revcareai.com using Google Workspace mailboxes or Cloudflare Email Routing aliases. Setup guide.
